Hands of Love is a volunteer-led nonprofit serving children, families, and seniors throughout El Dorado Hills and neighboring communities. We believe that when people come together with willing hands and caring hearts, small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.

Active Projects
White Rock Community Food Pantry
Hands of Love is partnering with White Rock Apartments to build a new community food pantry that will provide residents with convenient access to food and other essential items. We are looking for volunteers to help us build, organize, and stock the pantry so it can become a lasting resource for the community.
Ready for School - Back- to -School Event, Thursday, August 6th,
In partnership with Mercy Housing, Hands of Love is hosting a special Back-to -School event on Thursday, August 6th where children can receive a new backpack filled with school supplies, enjoy a free haircut, and shop in our gently worn clothing boutique for back-to-school clothes they will be proud to wear. We are looking for donations of backpacks, school supplies, clothing, volunteer hair stylists, and caring volunteers to help make this special day possible.
Future Leaders - Launching Fall 2026
Beginning this fall, Hands of Love will launch Future Leaders, a mentoring program designed to help children build confidence, develop character, strengthen life skills, and discover their God-given potential through caring relationships with trusted adult mentors. We are looking for compassionate volunteers who are willing to encourage, listen, and invest in the next generation.
Friendship & Coffee - Launching Soon
This new outreach focuses on bringing joy to local seniors through the simple gift of companionship. Whether it is sharing a cup of coffee, playing a board game, or taking a stroll in the park, your presence reminds our seniors that they are loved and not alone. We are building a team of friendly visitors who believe that a little conversation can brighten a whole week. Come be a light in someone's life through friendship.
